东风 EQ1090E 型货车制动系统 及鼓式制动器总成的设计
摘 要
随着社会经济的高速发展,私家车越来越多的被人们购买,推动汽车行业的快速发展。 但与之带来的是安全问题,汽车的安全与制动系统有着不可分割的关系。制动系统是由制 动操纵机构和制动器两个主要部分组成。制动器也分为很多种,这次的设计主要是采用鼓 式制动器。考虑到汽车制动稳定性和制动效能这两方面,经过综合考虑最终选取领从蹄式 鼓式制动器。因为这种制动器的制动效能居中,稳定性比较好。
论文先介绍了汽车制动系发展情况和制动系统的意义。鼓式制动器是制动系统中一个 重要的组成部分,故论文先对鼓式制动器进行了设计计算。进行鼓式制动器设计之前还需 要对汽车整车的数据参数进行确定和设计。最终对制动系统的部分进行了设计,其中主要 是对驱动方案的确定和设计计算。还总结了这次设计的收获。
这次设计的东风 EQ1090E 型货车制动系统的管路系统我选择的是 II 型回来,前后轮 的制动管路系统是相互独立的,选择这种制动管路系统是为了提高制动性能的稳定性和安 全性。这种制动管路系统在制动系统部分发生故障时,还能有一部分制动系统能正常运作, 提高了安全性。

The design of braking system and drum brake assembly for Dongfeng EQ1090E truck
Abstract
With the rapid development of social economy, more and more private cars are being purchased by people, thus promoting the rapid development of the automobile industry. But it brings with it the safety problem, and the safety of the vehicle is inseparable from the braking system. The braking system is composed of two main parts, the brake control mechanism and the brake. Brakes are also divided into many kinds. This design mainly adopts drum brakes. Taking into account the two aspects of vehicle braking stability and braking efficiency, after considering the comprehensive consideration, we finally selected the slave shoe type drum brakes. Because the braking efficiency of the brake is moderate and the stability is good.
This paper first introduces the development of automobile brake system and the significance of braking system. Drum brake is an important part of the brake system, so the drum brake is designed and calculated first. Before drum brake design, data parameters of vehicle must be determined and designed. Finally, some parts of the braking system were designed, including the determination of the driving scheme and the design calculation. The harvest of the design was also summed up.
This design of the Dongfeng EQ1090E truck brake system in the pipeline system I choose II type back, the front and rear wheels of the braking system is independent of each other, the selection of this brake system is to improve the stability and safety of braking performance. When the brake pipe system fails, some part of the braking system can operate normally, and the safety is improved.
