摘 要
玉米淀粉是当前工业中的重要原料,多用于食品行业、制糖、医药工业,应用淀粉为原料,生产抗生素,维生素;铸造工业用中也加用粉;干电池中用淀粉为电解质载体。其他诸如油漆、塑料、淀粉为砂芯胶粘剂;冶金工业浮选矿石为沉降剂;石油工业油井钻泥中用淀粉使其具有蓄水性;油壁的修补水泥染料、纺织、造纸、轮胎橡胶等行业,均将淀粉作为必需的材料,也是制作各类变性淀粉的起始材料。随着玉米价格增长,玉米资源紧张,玉米淀粉的深度加工和充分转化变得更为迫切,本设计采用湿磨法生产工艺达到年产20万吨玉米淀粉,运用喷雾干燥器干燥淀粉,摒弃了传统的干法生产工艺和气流干燥法,运用物料衡算和热量衡算等方法,确定了喷嘴半径。

Abstract
Corn starch is an important raw material in the current industry, mostly used in food industry, sugar making, pharmaceutical industry, using starch as raw material to produce antibiotics, vitamins; casting industry also added powder; dry battery used starch as electrolyte carrier. Other industries such as paint, plastics and starch are sand-core adhesives; flotation ores in the metallurgical industry are used as settling agents; starch is used in drilling mud in oil wells in the petroleum industry to make them water-retaining; and starch is used as a necessary material in repairing cement dyes, textile, paper-making and tire rubber in oil walls. With the increase of corn price, corn resource is tight, corn starch Deep processing and full conversion become more urgent. This design adopts wet milling process to produce 200,000 tons of corn starch per year, uses spray dryer to dry starch, abandons the traditional dry process and airflow drying method, and determines the nozzle radius by means of material balance and heat balance.
