摘 要
包装机械能完成产品的全部或部分包装过程,是包装工业的重要基础,对包装业的发展起着重要的作用。包装机械的应用可以大幅地提高生产效率、降低劳动强度和改善劳动条件;它能节约材料、降低成本,以及保护环境、改善包装产品的卫生条件,提高产品质量和延长产品的保质期,并且具有方便流通、减少包装场地面积等优点。对于本次设计,我查阅了一些相关资料,并观看了一些实际生产线的视频,对于设计任务有了初步的了解。在接下来的时间里,我将综合运用我在大学四年中所学的知识,对所设计装置的可行性进行论证,对于设计中所可能遇到的问题和难点进行认真思索。
本次课题研究的主要内容是灌装机的托瓶升降机构和灌装瓶高度调节机构的设计。托瓶升降机构的作用是根据灌装工作过程的需要,先将瓶子升起到规定的位置,以便进行牛奶的灌装,待灌装完后再将瓶子降低到规定的位置,以便拨瓶轮将瓶子送到传送链带土送走。涉及供料装置、供瓶装置、瓶子升降托举装置、灌装阀及封盖、贴标签装置的设计。主要为了实现牛奶灌装的自动化,以减轻工人的劳动强度、提高产品质量,以及保障产品的卫生与外观。本次设计中我主要负责完成托瓶升降机构,灌装瓶高度调节机构部分的设计。本次课题研究的托瓶升降机构将采用气动与机械组合式的设计。灌装瓶高度调节机构的作用是调节装有灌装阀的贮液缸与装有升降瓶台的转盘之间的距离,使贮液缸能沿着立柱相对于转盘做上、下移动,以满足不同高度瓶子的灌装需要。

Abstract
Packaging machinery can complete the whole or part of the packaging process,is the important foundation of packaging industry,and plays an important role in the development of packaging industry. The application of packaging machinery can greatly improve production efficiency,reduce labor intensity and improve labor conditions;It can save materials,reduce costs,protect environment,improve sanitary conditions of packaging products,improve product quality and prolong the shelf life of products,and has the advantages of convenient circulation,reducing the area of packaging space and so on. For this design,I looked up some relevant materials,and watched some actual production line videos,and have a preliminary understanding of the design tasks. On the rest of the day. In time,I will comprehensively use the knowledge I have learned in the four years of the university,demonstrate the feasibility of the designed device,and give careful consideration to the problems and difficulties that may be encountered in the design.
The main content of this research is the design of the bottle lifting mechanism and the height adjusting mechanism of the filling machine. The function of the bottle lifting mechanism is to raise the bottle to the prescribed position first according to the requirements of the filling process,so that the milk can be filled,and then the bottle is reduced to the prescribed position after the filling is completed. In order to dial the bottle wheel to deliver the bottle to the transfer chain soil to send away. It relates to the design of feeding device,bottle-feeding device,bottle lifting device,filling valve and sealing cover,labeling device. The main purpose of this paper is to realize the automation of milk filling in order to reduce the labor intensity of workers,improve the quality of products and ensure the hygiene and appearance of the products. . In this design,I am mainly responsible for completing the design of the bottle lifting mechanism,the filling bottle height adjusting mechanism part. The bottle lifting mechanism of this subject will be designed with a combination of pneumatic and mechanical. The filling bottle height adjusting mechanism is used for adjusting the distance between the liquid storage cylinder filled with the filling valve and the rotary table provided with the lifting bottle table,so that the liquid storage cylinder can be moved up and down along the upright post relative to the turntable to meet the filling requirements of the different height bottles.
