摘要

本设计为郑卢高速洛阳至洛宁段路基路面综合设计。本项目全线采用四车道高速公路标准进行设计，路基宽度26m，设计速度100km/h（起点至主线收费站1.7km为80km/h）。桥梁设计荷载等级公路-Ⅰ级；路基、桥涵洪水频率1/100、特大桥梁1/300；行车道宽度2×2×3.75m；桥梁全宽2×12.75m。洛阳到洛宁高速公路属于郑州至卢氏高速公路其中一段，是河南省高速公路网规划的重要组成部分。该项目起于洛阳市区，向西经宜阳，终点位于洛宁县城东，与规划的洛宁至卢氏高速公路连接。项目全长68.9公里，估算投资36.5亿元。项目采用双向四车道标准建设，设计行车时速100公里，沿线共设互通式立交4处，桥梁34座，分离式立交11处，天桥11处，涵洞53道。项目计划工期30个月，将于2012年年底建成通车。

初步设计在工可推荐的路线走廊带的基础上，优化工可线形拟定了路线方案（K线、AK线）并进行了实地放线、全面调查和认真比较，从路线里程、工程规模、线型指标、拆迁等几个方面进行具体深入的论证分析（详见本说明4.3条），内业设计确定K线为路线推荐方案。初步设计的重点放在结合沿线村镇、路网、河流、高压架空送电线路等的分布情况，从重要构造物设置、互通立交及服务区位置、线型指标等方面进一步细化、优化路线方案。本项目路线平面方案已征询业主、地方政府的意见。

ABSTRACT

This design for Zheng-Lu highway Luoyang to Luoning section roadbed and pavement comprehensive design. The whole line of this project is designed according to the standard of four-lane expressway, the width of roadbed is 26m, the design speed is 100km/h (starting point to main line toll station 1.7km is 80km/h). Bridge design load grade highway-Ⅰ; roadbed, bridge and culvert flood frequency 1? 100, extra-large bridge 1? 300; carriageway width 2 × 2 × 3.75m; bridge full width 2 × 12.75m. Luoyang-Luoning Expressway is one of the sections of Zhengzhou-Luoshi Expressway, which is an important part of highway network planning in Henan Province. Item From Luoyang City to Yiyang, the end point is located in the east of Luoning County, connecting with the planned Luoning-Luoshi Expressway. The total length of the project is 68.9 kilometers, with an estimated investment of 3.65 billion yuan. The project adopts two-way four-lane standard construction, the designed driving speed is 100 km / h, there are 4 interconnecting interchanges, 34 bridges, 11 separate interchange, 11 flyover and 53 culverts along the road. The project is scheduled for 30 months and will be opened to traffic by the end of 2012.

The preliminary design is based on the route corridor belt recommended by the industry, the excellent chemical industry can draw up the route scheme (K line, AK line) and carry out the on-the-spot laying-out, the overall investigation and careful comparison, from the route mileage, the engineering scale, the linetype index, Several aspects, such as demolition and relocation, are analyzed in detail (see 4.3 in this note), and the design of the interior industry determines K-line as the recommended scheme for the route. The emphasis of the preliminary design is to combine the distribution of villages and towns, road networks, rivers, high-voltage overhead transmission lines, etc., to further refine and optimize the route scheme from the aspects of important structure setting, interchange and service area location, line type index and so on. The project route plan has been consulted with the owner and local government.
