Abstract

The purpose of this research is to study and study the significance and function of developing machining process rules.
The key to drawing up CA6140 lathe spindle machining process rules is the division of working procedure and the selection of positioning datum. In the beginning of the design, we must carefully analyze the parts drawing, understand the structural characteristics and related technical requirements of the box parts, and carefully analyze every detail of the box parts, such as the parallelism of the machined surface of the box, Roughness, perpendicularity, and in particular, pay attention to the accuracy of each hole system (coaxiality, roundness, roughness, etc.) and their mutual position accuracy (parallelism between axes, perpendicularity and parallelism between axes and planes, etc.), Perpendicularity, etc.), box The dimension of the part is the key to the machining of the whole part. Drawing part drawing is an important point, but also a difficult point because of the complexity of box parts.
