摘 要
在实际的教学活动当中,许多教师与心理学研究者将大部分的时间和精力都集中在小学生、中学生与大学生的学习动机的研究上,而忽视了中等职业技术学校学生的学习动机。可中等职业技术学校的学生同样也属于不可忽视的群体教学是教师与学生的一种双边活动,学生的兴趣与热情会对教学的结果产生很大的影响。所以,改变职业教育中的这种现状,并实施有效教学的前提是激发和培养学生的学习动机。
学习动机是直接推动中职生学习的内部动力。中职生的主要任务是学习,学习动机对其学习行为和学业成绩有着直接的影响。目前在一部分中职生中存在学习积极性不高、学风不正、学习纪律涣散、成绩下降等现象,这严重影响着中职生的学业和身心健康。究其原因,学习动机缺乏是根本。因此,了解当代中职生学习动机的现状和特点,具有重要意义。
本文通过对此专业学生学习方面的动机现状展开调查与研究,把握影响学生学习动机的因素。结合相关的学习动机的理论,从学生的实际需求出发,提出有效地激发学生学习动机的策略。研究教师怎么在教学中使学生充分发挥最大的学习潜能,维持学生源源不断的学习动机。提升汽车运用于维修专业学生的实操能力,达到教师预设的教学目标,提升教学质量。

Abstract
In the actual teaching activities,many teachers and psychology researchers focus most of their time and energy on the study of the learning motivation of primary school students,middle school students and college students,while ignoring the learning motivation of secondary vocational and technical school students. But the students of secondary vocational and technical school also belong to the group teaching which can not be ignored is a kind of bilateral activity between teachers and students. Students' interest and enthusiasm will have a great impact on the result of teaching. Therefore,to change the current situation of vocational education and to carry out effective teaching,the premise is to stimulate and cultivate students' learning motivation.
Learning motivation is the internal motivation to promote the secondary vocational school students' learning directly. The main task of secondary vocational school students is to study,learning motivation has a direct impact on their learning behavior and academic achievement. At present,there are some problems in the secondary vocational school students,such as low learning enthusiasm,improper study style,poor discipline and decline in achievement,which seriously affect the students' study and physical and mental health. The reason is that the lack of motivation is fundamental. Therefore,it is of great significance to understand the present situation and characteristics of contemporary secondary vocational school students' learning motivation.
Through the investigation and research on the current situation of the students' motivation in this major,this paper holds the factors that affect the students' learning motivation. Based on the relevant theories of learning motivation and the actual needs of students,this paper puts forward the strategies to stimulate students' learning motivation effectively. This paper studies how teachers can make students give full play to their learning potential and maintain students' continuous motivation in teaching. Improve the practical ability of the students of automobile maintenance major,achieve the teaching objectives set by teachers,and improve the teaching quality.
