摘 要
帆船运动是一个比较复杂的动力系统,掌握帆船运动的力学原理,能够在很大程度上使得运动员节省体能,有效地掌握大赛,赢得比赛。本文就是从目前国内外对帆船运动的力学原理及测试研究的现状以及帆船运动的力学原理及测试系统两个方面进行研究和探索的,对帆船运动的比赛有着非常现实的指导意义和作用。帆船运动是一项同时兼具竞技性与娱乐性的水上运动项目,主要依靠风力和人为控制,使风帆推动帆船,在规定距离内进行竞速。目前,这一运动项目已经被各国人民所熟知,且成为了沿海地区广受欢迎的运动,很多国家及地区开始组建自己的帆船运动队伍,并科学开展相应的体能训练。本文就帆船运动员的体能训练进行了研究探析。

Abstract
Sailing is a complex power system. Mastering the mechanics principle of sailing can save athletes' physical strength, effectively master the competition, and win the race to a great extent. This paper studies and explores the mechanics principle and test system of sailboat movement from two aspects: the present situation of mechanics principle and test research, and the mechanics principle and test system of sailboat movement at home and abroad. It has very realistic guiding significance and function to sailing race. Sailing is a kind of both competitive and recreational water sports. It mainly relies on wind power and artificial control to make sail push sailing and race speed within the prescribed distance. At present This sport has been well known by people all over the world and has become a popular sport in coastal areas. Many countries and regions have started to build their own sailing teams and scientific physical training. This article has carried on the research to the sailboat athlete's physical ability training.
