摘 要
近几年以来,我国保险业的发展和外部环境发生了深刻的变化,但随后的粗放型发展模式并没有改变,保险业仍在整体水平上对企业和市场份额的竞争程度低的竞争。大多数保险公司主要依靠“海上策略”,快速创建机构,建立店铺,以实现扩展的扩展,而忽视了公司的内部管理和产品和服务的创新,一些公司甚至不惜违法,不计成本效益,盲目追求速度规模和市场份额。这种粗放式发展,不仅无法满足中国日益增长的年轻化,知识化消费群体的保险需求,甚至损害了消费者的利益,造成消费者的不信任。
本文阐述国内外汽车保险市场的发展现状,进行简单分析与总结;从保险公司的角度找出制约成都汽车保险市场健康发展的因素并分析其原因;针对存在的问题提出相应的解决方案;对方案的可行性进行研究。

Abstract
In recent years, the development of China's insurance industry and the external environment have undergone profound changes, but the following extensive development model has not changed, and the insurance industry still has a low level of competition for enterprises and market share on the overall level. Most insurance companies rely mainly on "maritime strategy" to quickly create institutions and build stores to expand, ignoring the company's internal management and innovation in products and services, and some even against the law. Regardless of cost-effectiveness, blindly pursue speed scale and market share. This extensive development is not only unable to meet China's growing youth, knowledge-based consumer groups. Risk demand, even damage to the interests of consumers, resulting in consumer mistrust.
This paper expounds the present situation of automobile insurance market at home and abroad, makes a brief analysis and summary, finds out the factors restricting the healthy development of Chengdu automobile insurance market from the angle of insurance company, and analyzes its reasons. Aiming at the existing problems, the corresponding solutions are put forward; the feasibility of the scheme is studied.
