本次课题的研究内容是设计液压系统油缸支架夹具系统,了解液压系统油缸支架夹具设计的工作原理、结构特点,建立标准夹具元件图库;学习机构设计方法,学习和巩固所学的专业文化知识,培养结构设计能力; 绘制设备总图、主要零件图,编写设计说明书。

Title Design of fixture for cylinder support in hydraulic system
Abstract
Hydraulic system cylinder support fixture working principle and structure hydraulic system cylinder support fixture is a fixture which uses hydraulic components instead of mechanical parts to realize automatic positioning,supporting and clamping of workpieces. Therefore,hydraulic components play an important role in the fixture of hydraulic system cylinder support. Hydraulic element is a set of standardized components with different specifications,different structures and different connecting modes. The hydraulic components have high precision,stability and service life. The required fixture can be obtained by assembling the selected hydraulic components with the mechanical parts of the design. Hydraulic system cylinder support fixture can ensure the accuracy of the workpiece in the specified position Positioning and firm clamping can reduce vibration and deformation in machining by floating support,and can also make use of automatic control of compression and lifting of the pressing plate to make way for the clamping position in the process. Can ensure accurate positioning in precision machining,but also can complete manual fixture can not complete the support,clamping and rapid release. The use of hydraulic system cylinder support fixture in mass production can produce obvious economic benefits.
The research content of this topic is to design the hydraulic system cylinder support fixture system,understand the working principle and structure characteristics of the hydraulic system cylinder support fixture design,and establish the standard fixture element drawing base; Learn organizational design methods,learn and consolidate the professional cultural knowledge,cultivate structural design ability,draw up general drawing of equipment,drawing of main parts,and compile design instructions.
