近年来，随着人民的生活水平的不断提高，人们越来越注重保健养生，而健身也是当代人们保持自身身体健康的一个方式。健身行业的消费持续增长，竞争也越来越激烈。然而，传统健身房的日常运作还是靠人工管理，从服务项目到会员管理，再到记录数据基本上都由人工完成记录，这样不仅需要耗费大量的人力成本而且容易出现记录丢失或重复等错误，这就迫切的需要标准的、高效的计算机管理方式配合其发展，通过管理系统管理该企业的日常运作，给管理者以决策参考的模型，来不断完善管理水平，提高工作效率。

库存管理系统由来已久，在企业管理过程中已经发挥了很强的管理效用，其通用性过强，但针对性仍显不够，对于一些具体的企业来说，往往出现具体业务流程不符、零碎功能过多、主要业务没有突出等问题。对此，除了一些大型企业能够有资金开发属于自己公司对应的管理系统，中小型企业通常没有能力自主开发。茂泰服饰有限公司是中小型服装企业，本文开发了一款针对该公司的基本业务需求的管理系统，设计了进货管理、商品管理、库存管理、销售管理、系统管理等功能模块，并采用手持枪扫描技术、条码技术以及库存预警机制的应用，针对性地优化库存，提高对商品的管理，从而提高商品周转率，增加了公司利润，为公司提升竞争优势，从而能在服装行业中有一席之地。

In today's society, the continuous development of information technology, more and more industries have begun to apply information management systems to promote the transformation and development of enterprises. Since 2010, the apparel industry has entered a period of mature development, and the pace of transformation and upgrading has accelerated. For this reason, having a complete set of apparel enterprise management system has a far-reaching impact on analyzing and predicting customer needs, reducing inventory costs, and increasing company brand awareness and increasing profits.

The inventory management system has a long history. It has already exerted a strong management effect in the process of enterprise management. Its versatility is too strong, but its pertinence is still insufficient. For some specific enterprises, specific business processes often appear inconsistent, fragmented Excessive functions, no prominent business, and other issues. In this regard, in addition to some large companies that have the funds to develop their own company's corresponding management system, SMEs usually do not have the ability to independently develop. Maotai Garments Co., Ltd. is a small and medium-sized garment enterprise. This article has developed a management system for the company's basic business needs, and designed functional modules such as stock management, merchandise management, inventory management, sales management, and system management. The use of hand-held gun scanning technology, bar code technology, and the use of inventory early warning mechanisms, targeted optimization of inventory, and improved management of goods, thereby increasing commodity turnover, increased company profits, and improving the company's competitive advantage, and thus in clothing There is a place in the industry.
