道化学方法在化工企业中的应用

摘 要

随着我国经济的发展，化工产品的使用范围越来越广泛。这些化工产品在给人们的生活带来方便的同时，也带来了很多的安全问题。危险化学品具有易燃、易爆、易挥发、易中毒、有腐蚀性等特点，因而化工企业较其他工业生产部门有更大的危险性。所以，研究道化学方法在化工企业中的应用，在应对我国危化品生产行业面临的严峻安全形势方面有很大的现实意义，对预防安全事故在这类企业的发生有重要的作用。

本文介绍了安全评价在化工企业中的现状，安全评价的内容及程序，详细介绍了指数评价法中的道化学火灾爆炸指数评价法在化工企业安全评价中的应用，实例选取了我国某化工企业中氨的生产进行了具体评价，通过采取一系列的安全措施，使企业中存在的潜在风险级别由“危险”降低到“中等”，这对于危化品的生产过程来说危险程度已经有明显降低，也就是说所采取的种种安全措施起到了应有的效果。

Abstract

With the development of economy in China, the use of chemical products is becoming more and more widely. These dangerous chemicals bring convenience to people's lives, also brought a lot of security problems. Dangerous chemicals are flammable, explosive, volatile, easy poisoning, corrosion resistance, so the production of hazardous chemicals industry compared to other industrial production sectors are more dangerous. Therefore, study on the safety assessment method of dangerous chemicals production enterprise, has the great significance of reality serious security situation faced in the industry production of China's dangerous chemicals, to prevent safety accidents has played an important role on the occurrence of such enterprises.

This article describes the safety evaluation of the status in the chemical industry, safety evaluation of the content and procedures, and select the index evaluation method in the Dow fire and explosion index evaluation method, the chemical industry in the production of ammonia for a specific evaluation, through the adoption of a series of security measures to make the enterprise of the potential risk level from "dangerous" reduced to "medium", which is dangerous for the ammonia plant level has been significantly reduced, which means that all the security measures taken to play its effect.
