摘要
本次设计题目为某市修建一综合楼给水排水工程设计。该建筑属于以一类高层建筑,为中危险等级建筑物。
具体设计项目为:室内给水工程,室内排水工程,室内消防工程(包括消火栓系统和自动喷淋系统),屋面雨水排水工程,共5部分。
本建筑地下1层,地上12层,建筑物总高度为38.7米,-F1为车库及设备用房,F1为商业用房,F2为办公室, F3~F12为住房。
生活给水系统分高、低分区。低区-1~4层由市政管网直接供水,采用下行上给式供水方式;高区5~12层由水泵供水,采用下行上给式供水方式。屋顶设消防水箱。
消火栓系统不分区,采用水箱和水泵联合供水的临时高压给水系统。每个消火栓箱内设消防泵启动按钮,消防时可直接启动水泵。屋顶水箱贮存有10分钟的消防水量。火灾延续时间以3小时计。
采用湿式自动喷水灭火系统。设一根立管,共一根立管。湿式报警阀设置于-1楼地下车库内,水力警铃装在报警阀附近。火灾延续时间以1小时计。
室内热水采用局部式热水供应方式,在每户内设一燃气热水器。
排水采用分流制,每根立管都单独出户。立管都升顶通气。
雨水排水采用重力流排放。
本设计说明书详细介绍了系统的设计、计算过程。并且阐述了几种防噪措施,以供参考。

Summary
The main task of this design is the water supply and drainage design of jin du office building. The building belongs to the class in high buildings, in danger level buildings.The content of my design includes the design of the building water supply system, the building water drainage system, the building storm-water system, the hydrant water supply system and the automatic sprinkler system.
The building has 1 floor underground and 12 floors overground. The height of the building is38.7m.The underground floor is used for garage.The first floor is used for commercial housing ,The 2th floor is used as office,The 3th~the12th are used for housing.
Life water supply system for high and low points. Low area - 1 ~ 4 layer by the municipal water supply pipe directly, using water on the downside to type, 5 ~ 12 storeys high area by using water pumps, water on the downside to type. Roof set fire tan k.
Hydrant system is not divided into districts, the use of the water supply and the joint interim shrunk to a system. each case a fire hydrant pump start button can fire at the start the pump. the roof of the storage is 10 minutes of the water. the time to plan. three hours.
With wet sprinkler system. Set up a vertical pipe, a total of a riser. Wet alarm valve set at -1 floor, underground garage, the water alarm alarm valve installed in the vicinity. Fire duration time of 1 hour.
Indoor water using a local hot water supply mode, equipped with a gas water heater in each household.
Drainage using streaming of each riser are separate from family. Ventilation are the top riser rise.
Stormwater drainage discharge by gravity flow.
The design specification details the system design, calculation. And described the noise
canceling several measures for reference.
