摘 要
基于CATIA软件的 “数字化外形编辑器”模块可以快速、方便地对测量点云进行处理,勾勒出零件原型的轮廓特征线。“快速曲面重建”模块可以在点云上建立并处理特征线,拟合出满足一定要求的曲面,“创成式曲面设计”模块可以在已建立的轮廓特征线及基本曲面上进一步进行处理,生成更高质量的曲面。从而完成汽车前地板过渡板的逆向设计。
逆向工程在实际工业生产中应用广泛。在传统的工业生产中,工人生产的劳动强度大、劳动量大,严重影响生产效率的提高。随着当今科技的发展, 工业生产中逆向设计的使用已经越来越引起人们的重视,而被大量应用到工业生产中来。逆向工程的自动送料技术也投入到实际的生产中,逆向工程可以大大的提高劳动生产效率,减轻工人负担,具有重要的技术进步意义和经济价值。本文提出采用逆向设计来生产过渡板的新工艺,并针对某规格过渡板逆向设计研究。

Abstract
The "Digital shape Editor" module based on CATIA software can process the measurement point cloud quickly and conveniently, and draw out the contour feature line of the part prototype. The "fast surface reconstruction" module can set up and process the feature lines on the point cloud and fit the surfaces that meet certain requirements. The "creating surface design" module can be further processed on the established contour feature lines and basic surfaces. Creates higher quality surfaces. Thus, the reverse design of the front floor transition plate is completed.
Reverse engineering is widely used in the actual industrial production. In the traditional industrial production, the labor intensity of the workers and the large amount of labor have seriously affected the improvement of production efficiency. With the development of science and technology, the use of reverse design in industrial production has been paid more and more attention, and has been widely used in industrial production. The automatic feeding technology of reverse engineering is also put into actual production. This paper puts forward a new process of using reverse design to produce transition plate, and is aimed at the inverse of a specification transition plate. Research on design.
