25MPa液压平衡式手动节流阀设计
[摘要] 阀门作为管道的重要控制元件,广泛应用于石油、化工、冶金、天然气输送、发电站、城市供水等国民经济的各个部门。节流阀以构造较简单,便于制造和维修,成本低,更是得到广泛的应用。节流阀是钻井井控管汇中的关键设备,它根据井口压力要求可以在任何位置,它主要起节流作用,用于控制井口排出的压力和流量,以平衡地层压力。它在高压井口装置中起着非常重要的作用。筒式节流阀是节流阀中的一种,主要由阀芯和阀体组成,形成可变或非可变的节流口。可变节流口一般由可动部分(阀芯)和固定部分(阀体或阀座)相对运动来改变节流口大小。本文设计的节流阀为可调式手动节流阀,阀芯为筒式,阀芯和阀座通过相对运动形成可变节流口。筒式阀芯与顶部为圆柱形的阀杆配合,具有流体流动性能好,震动小,噪音低。阀芯末端采用楔形面和平面相结合的方式,保证流体出流方向不指向壳体,避免了流体对壳体壁的冲蚀。同时,阀芯上端部的直平面满足了对压降的线性调节要求,更适合现场使用。

[Abstract] The valve as pipeline's important controlling element is widely applied in each department of national economy such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, natural gas transportation, power station and urban water supply. The throttle valve is more widely used because of simple constructs, convenient for the manufacture and the maintenance and low cost. The throttle valve is important equipment in the well-control header,it can be put in any position according to the pressure on the mouth of well and it is mainly used in the throttling with controlling the pressure and volume of flow discharged by the mouth of well to balance formation pressure. It is playing the very vital role in the high pressure on the mouth of well device. The barrel type throttle valve is one kind of the throttle valve ,it is mainly composed of the valve core and the valve chest that forms invariable or the non-invariable orifice. The size of invariable orifice is generally changed by way of the relative motion with the moving part (valve core) and the fixed part (valve chest or valve seat). The throttle valve designed by the article is adjustable and manual, the valve core is the barrel type, the valve core and the valve seat forms the invariable orifice through the relative motion. The barrel type valve core cooperates with the valve pole of cylindrical top, which have good fluid flow performance, small vibration and low noise. The end of valve core is made of the wedge-shaped surface and the plane, which guarantee that the direction of fluid not to direct to the shell and avoid eroding of the fluid to shell’s wall. At the same time, the straight plane on the valve core has satisfied the linear adjustment request of pressure drop, which is more suitable in field.
