立体停车库是专门实现各种车辆的自动停放及科学寄存的仓储设施。随着城市汽车保有量的不断增加,停车难问题己经成为大中型城市的一个普遍现象。机械式立体停车库可充分利用上地资源,发挥空间优势,最大限度地停放车辆,成为解决城市静态交通问题的重要途径。本课题以较典型的升降横移式立体车库为研究对象,综合考虑立体车库制造成本和运行效率的双重因素。升降横移式立体停车库作为一种新兴的停车设备,以其独特的特点被广泛的应用在酒店、宾馆、机关单位以及居民小区等各种场所。
本文结合了实际的工程项目,并以升降横移式立体停车库为例,对升降横移式立体停车库进行系统的专门论述。升降横移式立体停车库就其组成部分而言,可分为三大部分:车库结构部分、传动机构部分和控制系统部分。传动结构部分中,主要对传动轴的设计提出改造方案,并从理论上提出改造的依据。停车库的传动型式是升降横移式立体停车库传动机构的核心问题,在实际应用中,升降型式主要有:链条传动和钢丝绳传动。因而对传动形式进行讨论,并且进行选择和校核。

ABSTRACT
Mechanical parking system is the storage which is used for automatic parking and scientific storage of kinds of automobile. As the quantity of urban automobile has increased continuously in nowadays,the hard-to-park problem has become a common phenomenon .. It has become an important way for static traffic problem of cities. The issue studies the typical mechanical parking system which named up-down and translation stereo garage,and regards of the two factors of cost of manufacture and operational Efficiency synthetically,The dragging-forms of multiplayer up-down and translation car-base,as a new kind of parking equipment,is applied in cabarets、hotels、departments and etc. By its wonderful traits.
This paper discusses the dragging-forms of multiplayer up-down and translation car-base technically according to practical projects and two types of applied car-base .According to the form of the dragging-forms of multiplayer up-down and translation car-base,it is made of three parts :part of car-base structure、part of driving-framework and part of control system .The steel structure,as the main body of car-base,has many forms. The plan of reform in the transmission shaft design is brought forward and the paper also puts forward the plan’s academic base about part of the drive structure. Dragging-form is the core of the driving-framework in the dragging-forms of multiplayer up-down and translation car-base,in practical,it has two types : Chains ripe-dragging and cable wire-dragging.
