摘 要
HXD1D型电力机车是6轴7200kW交流传动准高速客运电力机车,由中国中车株洲电力机车有限公司于2011年完成设计。 机车运行速度160km/h,采用大功率IGBT(3300V/1200A)水冷变流器、大功率异步牵引电机、卧式主变压器、微机网络控制系统、弹性全悬挂转向架、独立通风等技术。辅助变流器是近年来广泛应用于我国新型交直传动和交流传动机车辅助系统的新型电力电子装置。介绍辅助变流器在我国铁路机车上的应用情况及其优越性,针对其运用中发生的辅助回路接地、主电路故障不能彻底切除、同步触发信号问题等故障情况进行分析,提出了指导性的解决方法和改进建议。电力机车辅助变流器将电力机车主变压器辅助绕组输出的单相交流3401进行整流,再逆变为三相交流380V给机车上的各种辅助设备供电,每套辅助变流器由单相电压型PWM整流器、中间支撑环节、三相电压型逆变器和输出滤波器等几部分构成。在个机柜内配置有两套辅助变流器,单套容量为100kVA,是典型的中功率“交一直一交”变流器系统。

ABSTRACT
HXD1D electric locomotive is 6 7200kW AC drive shaft quasi high speed passenger electric locomotive, China Zhongche by Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Ltd in 2011 to complete the design. The running speed of locomotive is 160km/h, and the technology of high power IGBT (3300V/1200A) water cooled converter, high-power asynchronous traction motor, horizontal main transformer, microcomputer network control system, elastic fully suspended bogie and independent ventilation technology is adopted. Auxiliary converter is a new type of power electronic device which has been widely used in recent years in China's new type of AC drive and AC drive locomotive auxiliary system. This paper introduces the application of auxiliary converter in railway locomotive in China and its advantages, according to the analysis of auxiliary circuit occurs in its use, the main circuit grounding fault can not be completely removed, the synchronous trigger signal of fault conditions, and puts forward the solution of guidance and suggestions for improvement. Electric locomotive auxiliary converter single-phase AC main transformer auxiliary winding output electric locomotive 3401 rectifier, inverter and three-phase AC 380V power supply to various auxiliary equipment on the locomotive, each auxiliary converter consists of a single-phase voltage type PWM rectifier, intermediate support link, three phase voltage type inverter and output filter of several components. There are two sets of auxiliary converters in the cabinet, with a single capacity of 100kVA, which is a typical medium power "intersection" converter system.
