东风中型货车制动系统的结构设计
摘 要
汽车制动系统至少拥有两套独立的制动装置:驻车和行车制动装置。驻车制动装置是作用在停在原地或坡道上的汽车。行车制动装置是使行驶中的汽车减速或停车,且在汽车下坡时能保持适当的车速。
我们必须用谨慎和认真的态度来研究和分析汽车的制动系统。因为汽车制动系统的性能是最重要的车辆性能之一,对于车辆行驶的安全性,这种性能的好与坏可以起到决定性的作用。
本次设计主要是针对汽车制动器中的鼓式制动器。我们将综合的研究分析比较鼓式制动器的结构形式,总共比较了六种形式的优缺点。本次设计使用了领从蹄式鼓式制动器,这是对所有制动器方案对比分析之后的优秀结果。领从蹄式鼓式制动器的优点主要是:第一,制动鼓与蹄片中间的间隙便于调整;第二,它的整体结构比较简单,工程造价比较低。虽然这种制动器的稳定性和效能都是在所有制动器中处于中等水平,但是因为它在汽车前进和倒退的时候,整体制动性能基本能够保持不变,同时它也比较容易安装在汽车驻车的驱动机构中。在本设计中,汽车的前后制动器都使用了领从蹄式鼓式制动器。汽车驻车制动的驱动机构采用手动驻车;行车制动装置配用串联双腔制动主缸,同时它也使用了回路结构;汽车行车制动系利用的是人力液压式制动。本次设计中采用理论推导和计算的方法,根据制动器的结构与参数和总体参数,针对汽车制动时的制动力和力矩等做出了详细的数据比较与分析。

The design is mainly for automobile brake drum brakes. We will combine research and analysis in the form of structure is a drum brake, a total of six in the form of comparative advantages and disadvantages. This design uses leading trailing shoe drum brakes, which is an excellent result for all programs brake comparative analysis later. Leading shoe drum brake from the advantages are mainly: First, brake drums and shoe in the middle of a gap to facilitate adjustment; second, its overall structure is relatively simple, relatively low construction cost. Although the stability and effectiveness of such brakes are at the middle level in all brake, because it is in the car forward and backward in time, the overall braking performance can basically unchanged, while it is relatively easy to install in the car park the drive mechanism. In this design, the car's front and rear brakes are used in leading trailing shoe drum brakes. Cars parking brake drive mechanism with manual parking; Service brake device is equipped with a dual-chamber tandem brake master cylinder, but it also uses a loop structure; cars driving braking system makes use of manpower hydraulic brake. This design uses theoretical derivation and calculation methods, depending on the structure and parameters and the overall parameters of the brake, the car brakes for braking force and moment of force to make a detailed comparison and analysis of data.
