摘要:本设计针对年产40万吨丙烯分离工段进行工艺设计。首先,根据分离要求对全工段进行物料衡算和热量衡算。其次,根据物料衡算和相关数据,主要对脱乙烷塔进行工艺设计,包括回流比、塔板数、塔径、塔高、塔板性能、操作弹性等。并对其进行强度校核,画出塔板负荷性能图。在此基础上,运用AutoCAD绘制分离工段带控制点的工艺流程图和脱乙烷塔设备装配图。

Process design of propylene separation section with an annual output of 400 thousand tons
ABSTRACT:This design for the annual production of 400 thousand tons of propylene separation process design. First of all, according to the separation requirements of the whole section of the material balance and heat balance. Secondly, according to the material balance and the related data, mainly on the process design of deethanizer, including reflux ratio, plate number, tower diameter, tower height and plate performance, operating flexibility etc.. And carries on the strength check, draws out the tower plate load performance chart. On this basis, using AutoCAD to draw the process flow chart of the separation section with control points and the assembly drawing of the equipment.
