随着社会的发展,传统的化石燃料已经越来越不能满足人们的需要,不仅仅是化石燃料的储量的减少,更重要的是人们绿色环保意识的提高。随着这种发展产生了一种新的燃料,生物质能。很多成型机应运而生,它们不仅能够解决农作废物的处理,而且还充当了燃料从而代替传统的燃料。
本课题的研究对象玉米秸秆机在工作时,大量的秸秆在滚刀平模处被剪碎,加压,期间将会产生大量的摩擦热,如果不能及时冷却降低温度,不仅对零件的寿命有很大影响,而且原材料也可能发生自燃等情况,因此首次在成型机中引入了冷却系统。
本文就玉米秸秆成型机的冷却系统进行了研究设计,通过建立数学模型的方法,设计了冷却系统的各个部分,包括对散热器的设计,系统内外管路的设计计算,水泵、冷却风扇、发动机的计算选型等。还从生产工艺和制造材料等方面对各零件进行设计选择。

They can not only solve the farming waste processing, and as a fuel to replace traditional fuels. With the improvement of technology, biomass energy will shine in the fuel on the stage. Corn straw machine at work, a lot of straw on the hob flat die were cut into pieces, pressurization, period will generate large amount of friction heat, if not timely cooling temperature decrease, not only of parts of life have great influence and raw materials may also be spontaneous combustion, such as, for the first in the molding machine introduced cooling system. The corn straw briquette machine cooling system of design and research, various parts of the cooling system is designed through the establishment of mathematical model of the method, including the design of radiator, inside and outside of the system, pipeline design and calculation, calculation of water pump, a cooling fan, motor selection. And carried out with the check and other steps.
