近年来,汽车行业发展十分迅速,汽车在全球范围内的普及率持续增高。尤其是在我国,汽车销售量呈每年递增的趋势。汽车座椅是汽车的重要组成部分,同时也是人和汽车接触最多的零部件,它不仅影响驾驶员驾驶的舒适性,而且也影响着车辆内饰的风格、等级和豪华程度。因此,我国的汽车座椅行业作为汽车工业的重要配套行业,面临着巨大的机遇和挑战。
现代汽车的大量使用和普及,驾驶员对座椅提出更舒适更人性化的新课题,因此本次课题研究是针对座椅舒适度进行更人性化设计,这样人长时间保持一种相对稳定的坐姿不容易疲劳。根据舒适度的要求,对座椅进行结构设计及设计参数优化,以及水平滑轨的设计,此外,座椅骨架的强度校核,掌握座椅的整体设计思路,通过调节手柄更方便的调节位置,达到人最舒服的坐姿。
