冰箱门壳BC-47成型工艺及专机设计
摘 要
本文从滚压成型的国内外展望入手,重点介绍了滚压成型技术的国内外发展状况,滚压加工的特点、原理及工艺。然后根据冰箱外壳的形状,从理论入手,利用滚压成型技术,设计出质量可靠,制造简单的辊压机。本设计主要做了以下工作:1滚压成型方案的设计;2滚压工艺的基本参数的计算;3辊轮组数的计算、辊间距的计算和设计以及在水平和垂直方向上的调整;4对主要传动装置进行了校核。
该设计是在前人设计的基础上改进而成的。与传统的成型工艺相比,滚压成型有显著的优点,不仅成型效果好而且节省材料。当然设计中仍有不足之处和需要改进的地方。

ABSTRACT
This roll forming domestic and international outlook from the start, focusing on the roll forming technology, domestic and international development, the characteristics of rolling process, principles and processes. Then the shape of the refrigerator case, starting from the theory, the use of roll forming technology, design quality, manufacturing simple roller press. The design of the main to do the following: 1 roll forming in the design; two basic parameters of rolling process of the calculation; 3, the calculation of the number of roller wheels, roller spacing of the calculation and design, and direction in the horizontal and vertical adjustment; 4 on the main gear was checked.
This design is improved ,based on the former . Compared with the traditional molding process, it has significant advantages, shaping well and save material. Of course it still have some shortcomings and improved.
