南宁国际综合物流园平面布局设计

摘要

经济的快速发展以及全球化进程的不断深入，使现代物流业在世界经济发展中的地位和作用日益明显，促使现代物流业在我国快速发展，在经济发达的珠三角、长三角和环渤海等地区，一批颇具规模并具有现代物流特征的企业相继涌现，正在逐步形成具有跨区域经济辐射能力、各具特色的物流基地，我国现代物流业已进入了实质性的发展阶段。物流园区对于实现物流企业集聚、整合利用现有物流资源、促进物流技术装备等级和服务质量提高，改善物流投资环境、推动第三方物流企业成长等具有重要作用。

本文根据广西及南宁市物流发展环境分析，研究论证建设南宁国际物流园区的必要性；通过分析城市化发展进程中腹地经济以及国内外区域经济合作的发展趋势和其生产经营状况及物流模式，预测国际综合物流园物流量的发展规模；依据本项目的功能定位，测算各功能适站作业量及建设规模；结合国内外其他物流园区的功能布局、开发规模等实践经验，对本项目各功能区域进行合理布局，完成总平面布置及生产工艺设计；本文运用改进的SLP法分析道路交通对物流园区功能区布局的影响，将它们作为虚拟功能区与园区内实体功能区共同建立综合相互关系，同时，在得到功能区间综合相互关系之后，摒弃传统的人工布局调整方法，建立物流园区功能区布局的数学模型，得出最终布局。

Rapid economic development and deepening of the globalization process makes it the modern logistics industry status and role in the world economic development become increasingly evident and prompts rapid development of modern logistics industry in our country. In the economically developed Pearl River Delta, Yangtze River Delta and the Bohai Sea area, a number of large-scale features of modern logistics enterprises have emerged, what is gradually taking shape with a cross-regional economic radiation capacity, unique logistics base, China's modern logistics industry has entered a substantive stage of development. Logistics Park play an important role for enterprises, to integrate the use of existing logistics resources, and it is also important to promote the logistics technology and equipment ,and improve the quality of service levels and improve logistics investment environment, promote the third-party logistics enterprises developed.
