观音塘水库除险加固设计
观音堂水库位于安岳县镇子镇观塘村,于1966年12月动工修建,1968年3月竣工。水库属盆地腹部丘陵区,多年平均降雨量986.5mm。水库集雨面积1.606km2,主河槽长度1.89km,河道平均比降41.4‰,总库容34.89万m3,是一座以灌溉为主,兼有防洪效益的小(2)型水库。水库设计灌溉面积1629亩,枢纽由大坝、溢洪道和放水设施组成。
该工程是以灌溉为主、兼有防洪等其他综合利用效益的水库工程,该整治设计要求一般应达到初步设计水平,个别结构按技施设计完成;使学生通过该工程设计能全面系统地总结学习成果,并在结构设计、计算、制图、写作、查阅文献和计算机应用等基本技能以及养成良好的工作习惯等方面受到严格的训练。完成的主要内容如下:水文水利计算,为尽一步核定枢纽工程各建筑物的防洪标准及结构安全是否满足规范要求,并为工程整治设计、施工和管理提供经济合理、安全可靠的数据;根据给定资料中所提出的水库“三大件”存在的问题经综合分析后提出整治方案,其中大坝整治需通过技术经济比较选定最优整治方案。

Abstract
Guanyantang Reservoir is located in Anyue County town town of Kwun Tong Village, in December 1966 construction, completed in March 1968. Reservoir is a basin of hilly areas, the average annual rainfall of 986.5mm. The reservoir area is 1.606km2, the main channel length is 1.89km, the average river ratio is 41.4 ‰ and the total storage capacity is 348,900 m3. It is a small (2) reservoir with irrigation and flood control. Reservoir design irrigation area of 1629 acres, the hub by the dam, spillway and water discharge facilities.
The project is mainly composed of irrigation, and other comprehensive utilization of flood control and other reservoir projects, the rectification design requirements should generally reach the initial design level, the individual structure by technical design completed; so that students through the engineering design can be a comprehensive and systematic summary Learning outcomes, and rigorous training in basic skills such as structural design, calculation, mapping, writing, access to literature and computer applications, and good working habits.
