随着现代社会的快速发展，各种岗位的人才需求也逐渐增多。传统的求职招聘模式已经不能满足现代社会的需求，网上求职招聘方式不再拘泥于时间和空间的限制,为求职招聘双方提供了便捷、实用的沟通手段。求职招聘网站系统是利用互联网提供的丰富的超媒体资源,依托现有的硬件设施和实施手段,运用信息化服务方法为求职者和用人单位搭建一个开放、稳定、公平的求职招聘平台，同时解决企业、用人单位和求职者实时通话的渠道难题。基于JSP的网上招聘系统主要用于快捷、高效地处理招聘管理活动，使企业的招聘工作得以高速运行。管理趋于正规化、系统化、信息化。系统使用微软公司推出的SELSERVER2000进行开发，它能很好地与Office套装办公软件实现资源共享，而且还可以与Windows操作系统中其他应用程序实现数据共享，使得用户对数据的保存、修改、删除和查询更为方便快捷。它具有专业性强，适用面窄，针对性强，扩展性强等优点。

充分实现信息共享与交流，利用互联网的优势，安全、高效率、低成本的处理求职招聘工作。
