摘 要
乙酸乙酯是性能优良的溶剂、萃取剂和重要的化工原料。在乙酸乙酯生产过程中,这些废水中含有大量具有回收价值的乙酸乙酯。因此有效地回收分离废水中的乙酸乙酯,是具有良好的经济效益和环境效益的。
针对工业级应用要求,用Aspen Plus 模拟软件对乙酸乙酯-乙醇-水恒沸物萃取精馏进行了模拟计算,通过考察塔板数、进料位置、溶剂量、回流比、塔顶出料等参数对萃取精馏的影响, 得到了最佳工艺操作条件, 为工业应用提供了基础研究。

ABSTRACT
Ethyl acetate is an excellent solvent and extractant and is also an important chemical material. During the process of ethyl acetate, waste water contained a great of ethyl acetate which can be reclaimed. Therefore it was economic and environmental of recovering products from ethyl acetate waste water.
The process of separation process of ethyl-acetate ethanol water with extractive distillation method was simulated by Aspen Plus. The influence of stage number, feed stage, solvent quantities, reflux ratio, top product on the extractive distillation were simulated and discussed. The result indicates that the design can reach the request of separation and is very important and useful to industry application.
