摘 要
在化工生产中,精馏是最常用的单元操作,,是分离均相液体混合物的最有效方法之一。 塔设备一般分为级间接触式和连续接触式两大类。前者的代表是板式塔,后者的代表则为填料塔。70年代初能源危机的出现,突出了节能问题。随着石油化工的发展,填料塔日益受到人们的重视,此后的20多年间,填料塔技术有了长足的进步,涌现出不少高效填料与新型塔。苯和环己烷的分离对于工业生产具有重要的意义。
作为化工过程强化的重要研究方向之一,隔壁塔在分离三元物系时,通常比传统两塔序列节省相当大的能量消耗和设备投资。依据隔壁在塔壳内轴向位置不同,隔壁塔可分为三种类型:隔壁在中间、隔壁在顶部和隔壁在底部。过去的研究主要集中在隔壁位于中间类型,而对隔壁在顶部和底部类型隔壁塔的研究较少。同时,以前的研究侧重于隔壁塔分离非共沸物系的设计与控制的方面,对隔壁塔分离共沸物的研究较少。

Abstract
In chemical production, distillation is the most commonly used unit operation, and it is one of the most effective ways to separate homogeneous liquid mixtures. Tower equipment is generally divided into inter-stage contact and continuous contact two categories. The representative of the former is the plate tower, the latter represents the packing tower. The emergence of the energy crisis in the early 1970s highlighted the issue of energy conservation. With the development of petrochemicals, packing towers have been paid more and more attention. Over the past 20 years, the packing tower technology has made great progress, and many efficient packing and new towers have emerged. The separation of benzene and cyclohexane is of great importance for industrial production.
As one of the important research directions for chemical process strengthening, the separation tower is usually a considerable energy consumption and equipment investment compared to the traditional two-column sequence when separating ternary systems. Depending on the axial position of the partition next to the tower, the partition tower can be divided into three types: the partition in the middle, the partition at the top and the partition at the bottom. Past studies focused mainly on the middle of the next type, while the study of the partition at the top and bottom of the type of tower. At the same time, previous studies have focused on the design and control of separation of non-azeotrope systems in the separation tower, and few studies have been done on the separation of azeotrope from the separation tower.
