摘 要
自动烩面机是极为普遍的一种食品机械,主要用在制作烩面,饺子皮等多种面食。因其原理简单,易于操作,运行稳定,所以被广泛使用。该设计主要是针对家用小型自动烩面机,主要任务是设计自动烩面机的机械结构,也就是说设计自动烩面机机械结构传动部分,运动部分及确定自动烩面机的零部件参数。自动烩面机总体设计而言,包括自动烩面机的生产效率,生产对象,总体尺寸等。对自动烩面机的总体结构进行设计,包括动力和运动部分,并且对主要零件进行了结构设计、分析计算和校核。最终用AutoCAD软件绘制出设计平面图及用SolidWorks软件绘制出三维模型。

Abstract
Automatic brazing machine is a very common food machinery, mainly used in the production of noodles, dumplings and other pasta. Because of its simple principle, easy to operate, stable operation, it is widely used. The design is mainly for small household automatic braised machine, the main task is to design automatic mechanical machine structure, that is designed to design automatic mechanical machine structure, part of the movement and determine the automatic brazing machine parts parameters. Automatic hood noodle machine overall design, including automatic brazing machine production efficiency, production targets, the overall size and so on. The overall structure of the automatic machine is designed, including the power and movement parts, and the main parts of the structural design, analysis and calculation and verification. Finally, the design plan is drawn with AutoCAD software and the 3D model is drawn with SolidWorks software.
