摘 要

目前,国内活塞制造行业通常是由通用机床和结合活塞工艺特点的专用设备组成机加工生产线,因此,专用设备就成为活塞切削加工的关键设备,其功能和精度将直接影响最终产品的关键特性的质量指标。活塞环开口磨床用来精磨活塞环的径向形面，为汽车、拖拉机工业提高活塞环质量必不可少的专用磨床，适用于大批量活塞环制造厂。它可磨削不同形面的油环、桶环、锥环，能获得较好的精度和表面粗糙度，提高活塞的使用寿命，降低油耗。
