摘 要
本次设计的题目是4S店剪式升降平台的设计,它主要包括:主机械机构的设计,液压系统的设计,控制部分的设计三个部分内容。在本设计中将液压系统的设计作为主要内容进行设计。液压系统的设计又主要包括了动力源,控制元件,执行元件,辅助元件的设计。液压升降机主要是通过液压油的压力传动从而实现升降的功能,它的剪叉机械结构,使升降机有较高的稳定性,宽大的作业平台和较高的承载能力,使高空作业范围更大,并适合多人同时作业,它使高空作业效率更高,安全更可靠。
4S 店汽车维修专用升降机是剪式升降机,它是在原由的剪式升降机的基础上,运用现在的灵活性、安全性、经济性等指标;结构以能够满足灵活性要求较高的汽车维修需要为前提而设计的。通过对剪式升降机机构位置参数和动力参数的分析,结合具体实例,对机构中两种液压缸布置方式分析比较,并根据要求对液压传动系统各部分进行设计计算最终确定液压执行元件-液压缸,通过对叉杆的各项受力分析确定台板与叉杆的载荷要求,最终完成剪式液压升降机的设计要求。
