本文尽可能消除环境干扰,提高尾气检测的准确性。能够评估发动机的技术状况,特别是燃油供应系统和点火系统。在设计汽车尾气检测系统的基础上,设计分为主控制端和报警端两部分,其中负责信号采集的主控制端使用专用传感器对汽车尾气中的CO和PM2.5的浓度进行检测,当有害气体排放超过设定上限时,ARM嵌入式控制无线发射模块给报警端信号,系统产生报警。同时汽车的排放物信息在液晶显示屏上能够进行实时地显示,主控端还可以对报警阈值进行合理的设定。不论是从当前的行业现状以及对未来的推广和发展,本设计都具有一定的研究意义。

The disposal of pollutants from motor vehicles is a worldwide environmental problem. It promoted the revolution in the automotive industry, while driving the fuel, purification technology and monitoring equipment and other related industries. The common method of gas analysis, infrared optical absorption device has the advantages of high sensitivity, high sensitivity, fast response, large measurement range, good selectivity, stability and reliability, fast and continuous detection. So it is widely used in the country.
This article as far as possible to eliminate environmental interference, improve the accuracy of tail gas detection. Able to assess the technical conditions of the engine, especially the fuel supply system and ignition system. On the basis of designing the automobile exhaust gas detection system, the design is divided into two parts: the main control terminal and the alarm terminal. The main control terminal which is responsible for signal acquisition uses the special sensor to detect the concentration of CO and PM2.5 in the automobile exhaust gas. Gas emission exceeds the set upper limit, ARM embedded control wireless transmitter module to the alarm side of the signal, the system generates an alarm. At the same time, the vehicle's emission information can be displayed in real time on the LCD screen, and the control terminal can also set the alarm threshold reasonably. Whether from the current industry status and the future of the promotion and development of the design has a certain significance.
