本次设计以企业级应用为背景，利用windows服务器，PHP ，HTML，CSS，JSP等技术来实现一个B/S架构的邮件群收发系统。基于SMTP和POP3两个主要的邮件服务协议来实现邮件的发送，实现快速导入通讯录，添加联系人，发送和接受邮件的情况，定时发送等功能。本设计的WebMail 的邮件收发系统主要是基于网络收发邮件的系统，用户通过浏览器可以直接收发邮件，不需要对客户端计算机进行邮件服务器和个人邮箱的设置。
