设计一种机械压缩式热泵装置回收利用锅炉烟气余热,用这部分余热加热锅炉给水, 使得锅炉给水温度提高 5-8℃,其中采用太阳能风力机装置为热泵装置中的压缩机提供驱 动力,这样不仅节约了一次能源还保护了环境。
本文首先对我国的能源利用现状、节能形势、燃气冷凝式锅炉的工作原理、国内外研究现状和太阳能风能混合机械压缩式热泵的利用进行了概述。其次,分析了太阳能风能混合机械压缩式热泵燃烧后烟气中的产物,分析了烟气中可以回收的显热量和潜热量的关系,提出了烟气中汽化潜热能否有效回收是确保冷凝式换热器回收效果的关键因素。然后,本文对各种换热器进行了介绍,对冷凝换热器进行设计与分析,冷凝式换热器采用H型鳍片管换热器,鳍片管顺列布置,H型鳍片管的优点是耐磨性能好,积灰少,体积小,空气阻力小,综合性能好。最后对燃气锅炉加装冷凝换热器的经济效益进行了分析。研究表明,常规燃气锅炉加装冷凝换热器后,锅炉排入大气的污染物大大减少,环保效益显著。

Finally, the economic benefits of adding condensing heat exchanger to gas boiler are analyzed. Research shows that the conventional gas boiler installed condensing heat exchanger, the boiler into the atmosphere of pollutants greatly reduced, significant environmental benefits.
