摘要
最近几年，多联机空调系统由于在节能、智能化、管理、占空间小和外形美观等方面的优点，在各类建筑中应用较多，如：办公楼、娱乐场所、商场、超市、医院门诊楼、病房大楼、轻工业、食品制造业的生产车间等等。二十世纪九十年代初期，多联空调机引进我国时仅在一些小型的工程上应用，近十几年随着我国经济的快速发展，国力不断增强，目前，全国各地在中大型工程上应用多联空调系统的已屡见不鲜了。多联机空调系统的智能化技术给用户在管理或计量方面带来很多的方便，因此，越来越受到用户的欢迎。
多联机空调系统在我国的使用时间与冷水式中央空调系统相比时间较短，在安装技术水平、使用管理、系统维修保养方面技术经验的积累与人才较欠缺。由于经验不足维保人员对使用中出现的一些系统故障就不知如何处理。本文将对多联机工作中发现因材料质量、设备质量问题和使用操作不当原因而造成空调系统不能正常运行，房间温度达不到使用要求等故障做分析并介绍维修方法。
