摘 要
车辆故障维修管理系统是一个汽车修理行业不可缺少的部分,它的内容对于企业的管理者和技术工人来说都至关重要,所以车辆故障维修系统应该能够为用户和工人提供充足的信息和快捷的查询手段。但一直以来人们使用传统人工的方式进行管理和记录,这种管理方式存在着许多缺点,如:工作效率低、另外时间长,将浪费大量的文件和数据,这对于查找、结算都带来了不少的困难。
随着科学技术的不断提高,计算机科学日渐成熟,其强大的功能已为人们深刻认识,它已进入人类社会的各个领域并发挥着越来越重要的作用。
本系统适合小型汽车维修公司的使用,满足用户的基本需求。系统使用比较简单,可以节约员工的工作时间,提高劳动效率,方便管理库存量的统计,进而快速进行故障车辆的统计,知道每一辆车发生的故障,可以依据系统的运行结果,改变库存量和库存结构,及时满足客户的要求。可以了解员工的工作效率,每天维修的车辆数目,每辆车的故障问题所在和所用材料,最后用户的满意程度,依据这些信息给员工发放工作,奖金和升职。系统对客户进行汽车保养提示,包括短信通知,电话通知和邮件通知。这样可以保持与客户之间的关系,使得客户的回头率增加。
本题目为实现一个基于Web的车辆故障维修管理系统,设计采用ASP.NET(C#语言),MVC 3层架构设计模式,基于B/S的体系结构有利于信息集中处理和交互。
