摘要
质量是制造企业日常运营过程中需要着重考量的因素之一,因此,质量管理也成为生产与监测过程中必不可少的环节。目前,制造业广泛应用SPC(统计过程控制)工具来确保产品质量,结合概率论与数理统计学的知识科学有效的将质量控制与监测贯穿到产品生产过程中的每一道工序。
本文的主要工作如下:
1、简要阐述质量管理的发展史与国内外的研究现状,并对21世纪全面质量管理理念进行解读;
2、着重分析当今社会中小型制造业的现状与生产特点,以及现有的相关质量控制方法,并总结出最适合中小型企业的质量控制方法;
3、详细阐述SPC的主要理论与工具,以及如何利用工序能力指数进行工序能力评价;
4、采用面向对象的方法完成系统需求、系统分析和系统设计;
5、根据本课题的研究内容开发相应的质量控制与评价系统,介绍各功能模块的使用方法。

ABSTRACT
Quality is one of the factors that need to be taken into account in the daily operation of manufacturing enterprises. Therefore, quality management has become an indispensable part of production and monitoring process. At present, the manufacturing industry widely used SPC (statistical process control) tools to ensure product quality, combined with probability theory and mathematical statistics of scientific and effective quality control and monitoring throughout the production process to each process.
The main work of this paper is as follows:
1, briefly describes the history of the development of quality management and domestic and foreign research status, and the 21st century comprehensive quality management concept of interpretation;
2, focusing on the current situation of small and medium-sized manufacturing industry and production characteristics, as well as the existing relevant quality control methods, and summed up the most suitable for small and medium enterprises quality control methods;
3, elaborate the main theory and tools of SPC, and how to use the process capability index to evaluate the process capability;
4, the use of object-oriented approach to complete system requirements, system analysis and system design;
5, according to the research content of this project to develop the corresponding quality control and evaluation system, introduced the use of functional modules.
