作为一种特殊的非公路车辆在车辆家族中占有重要地位。的工作环境复杂、恶劣,作业任务多样,驾驶员需频繁换挡以满足整车的动力性要求,劳动强度较大,且难以保证车辆行驶的经济性。因此,在上实现液压机械无极变速器具有重要的意义,将机器人技术应用到中是产品更新换代的发展方向。随着车辆电子技术和液压机械无极变速器技术的发展,人们开始追求车辆更高的智能性,要求开发具有智能化特征的液压机械无极变速器系统以适应车辆特殊的工作环境和提高的使用性能。
本次设计在已有的液压机械无极变速器研究的基础上,采用机电一体化设计思想,结合车辆传动系统的理论分析、液压机械无极变速器控制算法设计和控制系统研究,根据的工作特点、操纵方式以及控制系统的总体要求,设计开发一套液压机械无极变速器电子控制系统,着重解决系统控制芯片选型、硬件电路的开发及软件功能的设计。

Abstract
Engineering vehicles as a special kind of off-road vehicle occupies an important position in the family of vehicles.Drivers need to frequently shift to satisfy the requirement of the vehicle power performance because complex, bad work environment, various tasks.This result in larger labor ,and the difficulty to guarantee the vehicle traveling economy.
Consequently,realizing automatic shift to engineering vehicles is of great importance.And the robot technology is applied to engineering vehicles is the product the development direction of upgrading.With the development of vehicle electronic technology and automatic transmission technology, people began to pursue higher intelligent vehicles. It is required to develop the engineering vehicle automatic transmission system with intelligent features to adapt to the special working environment of the vehicle and improve the use performance of construction vehicle.
According to the basis of the existing research of automatic transmission, the idea of mechatronics design, combined with the theoretical analysis of vehicle transmission system, automatic transmission control algorithm design and control system research, and the features of construction vehicle, control methods and control system of the general requirements, a set of automatic transmission electronic control system of construction vehicle has been designed.The design emphatically resolves system development of the control chip selection, hardware circuit and software function design.
