实现的HotJava
浏览器（支持Java applet
）显示了Java的魅力：跨平台、动态的Web
、Internet计算。从此，Java被广泛接受并推动了Web的迅速发展，常用的浏览器现在均支持Java applet。本课题就是JAVA
结合Web
实现在线答疑的浏览与信息交流的平台。
在这个信息化的社会，网络通讯已成为现代交流的主流。网络上的在线答疑、在线教学已成为当代教学的一个重要组成部分。本系统针对当前的教学情况，特为本专业设计了一个供大家互相学习、交流和讨论的系统。该系统基于WEB方式，操作简单，交互性强。
本系统以JAVA
为开发语言，MySql
为后台数据库，Tomcat6.0.26
为系统运行环境，以友好的界面面向用户。该系统实现的是网上答疑功能：根据不同的角色赋予不同的功能。具体有老师和学生以及系统管理员3
种角色。老师具有上传资源，删除资源，查看和回复学生留言的功能，学生具有下载资源，该系统的所有功能(如会员注册登陆管理、资料上传下载、在线答疑中心、留言板、在线投票等功能)，而系统管理员除享有普通会员的功能外，还可以对本站信息和资料进行整理、删除，以优化本站信息质量。

ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of Internet technology, JAVA has become the Web applications, an important development tools. Java, is made from Microsystems company launched in May 1995 of Java programming language and Java platform floorboard. The HotJava with Java realize browser (support Java applet) shows the Java charm: cross-platform, dynamic Web, Internet, calculation. Since then, Java is widely accepted and promote the rapid development of the Web, the commonly used browser now all support Java applet. This topic is JAVA combining realization online FAQ browsing Web information exchange platform with.
In the information society, network communication has become the mainstream of modern communication. On the network on-line question-answering, online teaching has become the contemporary teaching an important component. This system in view of the current situation of teaching for the professional design, a for everyone to learn from each other, discussion and exchange system. This system based on WEB, simple operation, the interactive way better.
This system to JAVA language, the ACCESS for developing for backend database, IIS for operating system environment, to friendly interface for users. In this system fully utilize the member rights management functions, different permissions member, give different operation function. Specific have regular members and administrators two permissions. Ordinary members enjoy the system all functions (such as member login management, material uploads and downloads, online FAQ center, message board, functions such as online voting system administrator except), and the function of ordinary members enjoy outside, still can on this site information and material for sorting, delete, to optimize the information quality.
