达州市某单位办公大楼工程招标控制价文件编制
摘 要
本工程为框架结构，是一座办公楼。此次毕业设计采用的工程量清单计价。这次设计能够清楚地反映出工程量清单计价的编制方法与内容，也能反映与传统预算编制的不同。国际上通用的工程量清单起源于英国，距今约有上百年的时间，发展的比较成熟和完善，而我国的清单计价规则是最近几年才引进的。本次设计依据唐山安信电路制造有限公司办公楼施工图纸以及结构图纸，在收集各种设计图集以及国家规定的计价规则下，计算各分部分项工程量、措施项目工程量、其他项目工程量等。在这个基础上编制工程量清单，形成综合单价。最后，对设计结果进行汇总，编制成整套的设计文件。

Abstract
This engineering is frame structure, and is an office building. The graduation project used bill of quantities. This design clearly reflects the preparation methods and content of the Bill of Quantities, and also reflects the different with traditional budgeting. Internationally accepted quantities originated in Britain, dating back about a hundred year time, the development of more mature and improve. The pricing rules of our list are introduced only in recent years. The design basis for building construction drawings and structural drawings of the letter Semiconductor Manufacturing Co., Ltd. Tang Shan . Atlas of the collection of a variety of design and pricing rules set by the state to calculate the amount of the sub-part of the project, measures the amount of the project works, the other the amount of such project. On this basis, the preparation of quantities, form a comprehensive unit. Finally, the design summary of the results, compiled a comprehensive set of design documents. The design of focus on the Bill of Quantities, but due to my lack of experience, there are still some drawbacks for the design.
