摘要
采用静态页面方式建立起来的站点只能够简单的根据用户的请求传送现有页面，而无法实现各种动态的交互功能。这种静态页面的方式也逐渐呈现出很多明显的不足。比如无法支持后台数据库，无法有效的对站点信息进行及时的更新，无法实现动态显示效果等。随着网站建设技术的发展，网站开发者为了克服上述的那些不足，将传统单机环境下的编程技术引入互联网络与WEB技术相结合，从而形成新的网络编程技术。网络编程技术通过在传统的静态页面中加入各种程序和逻辑控制，在网络的客户端和服务端实现了动态和个性化的交流与互动。人们将这种使用网络编程技术创建的页面称为动态页面。SSI的框架主要是由struts2，spring以及ibatis组成，他们负责各层之间的交互与协作，从而实现整个web端的功能实现与整合是当今流行的动态网站开发java开源框架之一。而河洛文化中心网站，目前的实现方式就是使用的有种种不足的静态页面来实现的。
