摘 要
本设计气体变压器升降平台的原理与设计上,经过吸收改进而设计制作的。也就是将气体变压器升降平台更好的运用到气体变压器升降的过程中,进一步的发挥出他的作用。
本项目主要针对物料输送系统中气体变压器升降平台的升降平稳性及安全性方面进行了重点研究开发以及结构设计,零、部件的设计计算及其强度校核,并对提升部分进行优化,主要是提升方式与传送量进行设计与分析。
本课题主要设计传动方案的拟定、牵引方式、装卸料方式、驱动装置、畚斗、牵引构件等部件的设计和计算。本设计在带轮和畚斗上有创新和改进,使工作机的性能得到相应的提高。本设计满足各项性能要求。

ABSTRACT
This design of ascension device in wing sorting machine for larch cones is a type of hoist principle and design, absorbing improvement and design. There will be a type hoist better use to cones in the process of picking, further develop his role.
This project aimed at conveying system lift platform material in the rise and fall of stability and security to the study on the development and structure design, parts of the design calculation and intensity, to ascend and optimize the part, main is to promote the way the quantity and transmission design and analysis.
This topic's main design of transmission scheme worked, drawing method, loading and unloading methods, drive device, hopper, traction component parts such as the design and calculation. This design in a wheel and hopper on the innovation and improvement, and cause the work to the performance of the machine to get corresponding improvement. This design meet the performance requirements.
