本次毕业设计主要探讨的是X5032型万能升降台铣床电气线路的改造。在认真研究X5032型万能升降台铣床基本结构和构造原理及对现有X5032型万能升降铣床电气线路进行了了解。初步了解了X5032型万能升降台铣床的基本结构特点及技术参数,以及对其现有的电气线路进行分析,决定运用PLC对现在使用的系统进行改造,并对其可行性做了探究。在查阅大量资料,相关文献和在充分熟悉老设备继电器控制电路的基础上,决定对X5032型万能升降台的电气线路做出改造,确定可以作为PC的输入信号与输出信号的条件,并做出X5032型万能升降台铣床电气原理控制线路图,确定PLC的选择和程序的设计。

Abstract
The graduation project is focused on transformation of X5032 type universal lifting platform milling machine electrical circuits. Studying the basic structure and X5032 type universal lifting platform milling machine principle and the existing X5032 type universal lifting platform milling machine electrical circuits were understanding. A preliminary understanding of the basic structure of X5032 type universal lifting platform milling machine characteristics and technical parameters, as well as to analyze the existing electrical wiring, decided to use PLC to reform systems now in use, and to explore its feasibility. Check out a great deal of information, literature and are fully familiar with the old device of relay control circuit based on decisions on electrical circuit transformation of X5032 type universal lifting platform, determine the input signal and the output signal can be used as a PC's condition and made X5032 type universal lifting platform milling machine principle of electrical control wiring diagram, determine the selection and process design of PLC.
