年产10000吨餐厨垃圾制备氨基酸有机肥工厂设计
摘 要
餐厨垃圾是来自家庭、餐饮单位剩余食物的通称,是城市生活垃圾的重要组成部分。随着国家经济的飞速发展,城市化进程的逐渐加快,餐厨垃圾的产量呈现逐年上升的趋势。在国内的大型城市中如北京、上海、深圳等,餐厨垃圾的日产量已达数千吨,全国餐厨垃圾的年产量达到千万吨,单纯填埋的话,梅会占用大量土地,产生的垃圾渗滤液和填埋气体也需要后期处理,耗费大量人力,物力。餐厨垃圾目前在很多城市尚未进行规范化管理,最主要的危害是城市餐饮企业的垃圾多被养殖户收集,作为养殖有机肥直接使用,未经任何处理进入人类食物链;同时地沟油被收集起来重新炼制成为廉价食用油,在市场上再次流通,危害人民群众的身体健康。因此,餐厨垃圾处理向无害化、减量化、资源化发展迫在眉睫。因此本文对餐厨垃圾制备氨基酸有机肥工艺研究,真正实现餐厨垃圾无害化,资源化,减量化处理,改善人民生活环境,保证人民身体健康,共同创建清洁、美好、幸福的和谐社会。

Abstract
Food waste from households is commonly known, the remaining food catering units, is an important component of municipal solid waste. With the rapid development of national economy, gradually accelerating process of urbanization, the output of food waste presents an increasing trend. In the domestic large cities such as Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen, has reached thousands of tons of food waste per day, the country's annual output reaches ten million tons of food waste, landfill simple words, Mei will occupy a lot of land to produce leachate and landfill gas also require post-processing, spend a lot of manpower and material resources. Food waste present in many cities not yet standardized management, the main hazard is the city catering enterprises more garbage is collected farmers, direct use as aquaculture feed, without any treatment into the human food chain; at the same time the waste oil is collected and re-refining made as cheap cooking oil, circulating in the market again, endanger people's health. Therefore, to deal with food waste harmless, reduction, resource development is imminent. So the study of organic fertilizer process described herein for the preparation of amino acid food waste, food waste truly harmless, resources, reduction process, improving people's living environment, to ensure people's health, together to create clean, beautiful, happy and harmonious society .
