年产5000吨肉制品厂的设计
摘 要
本设计主要是进行年产5000吨肉制品的工艺设计。为了提高肉制品的种类,并且满足市场需求,我设计了一个比较合理规范化的肉制品加工厂。首先,我们在了解资源和市场需求的基础上,制定了可行性研究报告;其次对生产车间进行了物料和能量的衡算;并且我们引进了国际先进的加工设备和加工技术,特别采用了真空包装机、高压冲洗设备、二次灭菌机,大大的提高了产品的质量并保证了产率;再者,本设计也考虑到事业,土建,人力等多种问题,同时也对其做了初步的设计方案,且对水、电、汽的用量也做了估算;最后,本设计还做了必要的经济技术的分析。
整个设计充分考虑了目前的经济状况和今后发展的需要,从节能的角度出发选择设备。生产流程充分考虑到机械化、自动化水平,技术上先进、可靠,布局合理规范。

Abstract
Designed primarily for the annual production capacity of 10,000 tons of meat of the process design。In order to improve the types of meat products, and meet market demand, I have devised a more reasonable rule-based meat processing plant。First of all, we know the resources and at the basis of market demand, developed a feasibility study report; followed by a workshop on the production of materials and energy balance。And we introduced the international advanced processing equipment and processing technology, especially the use of a vacuum packaging machine, high pressure washing equipment;Secondary sterilization machine, greatly improve the quality of the product and ensure that the production rate。Furthermore, the design also takes into account the cause of civil, human and other questions;At the same time, its also to do the preliminary design, and on the water, electricity and gas usage is also to do the estimates。
The design takes full account of the current economic situation and future development needs, from the point of view of energy-saving equipment selection。Take full account of the production process of mechanization, automation level, technically advanced, reliable, reasonable layout specification。
