摘 要
电机(英文:Electric machinery,俗称“马达”)是指依据电磁感应定律实现电能转换或传递的一种电磁装置。它的主要作用是产生驱动转矩,作为用电器或各种机械的动力源。因此,对电机的优化,能够改善机械制造环境。
本文通过PRO/E建模工具设计零件并进行装配,同时运用PRO/E中的CE/TOL(公差分析)模块对所设计的零件及零件装配的全过程进行公差分析与综合,确定零件的公差在装配过程中影响关键尺寸公差的约束及其敏感度,通过改变个别零件的关键尺寸的公差约束即公差的优化过程,来降低制造成本,减少发生干涉和精度超标的概率,提高产品的精度。
Abstract
Motor (English: Electric machinery, commonly known as "motor") refers to the basis of the law of electromagnetic induction to achieve energy conversion or transfer of an electromagnetic device. Its main role is to produce drive torque as the power source for a variety of electrical or mechanical. Therefore, the optimal motor, it is possible to improve the mechanical manufacturing environment.
By PRO / E design modeling tools and parts for assembly, while the use of PRO / E in the CE / TOL (tolerance analysis) module of the whole process of assembly of parts and components designed for tolerance analysis and synthesis performed to determine parts tolerances constraints affect the sensitivity of critical dimensions and tolerances in the assembly process, namely the optimization process tolerances, reducing manufacturing costs by changing the individual parts of the critical dimensions of the tolerance constraints, reducing the probability of occurrence of excessive interference and accuracy, improve the accuracy of the product.
