通过对固定台开式压力机的国内外研究现况的分析,确定了本课题的主要设计内容。在确定了固定台开式压力机初步设计方案后,决定采用传统理论方法对J21-25型固定台开式压力机进行设计、计算、强度校核,采用AutoCAD设计软件对大齿轮、小齿轮、偏心轮、连杆、总装图进行了工程绘图,同时还对J21-25的主要零件进行了绘图。在参考了某公司生产的J21-25型固定台开式压力机以及查阅了大量关于固定台开式压力机传动系统设计的书籍后,确定了固定台开式压力机的传动系统的设计方案,绘制了传动系统原理图,给出了传动系统的工作说明书,并对其进行了可行性分析,最后对整个设计进行系统分析,得出结论整个设计切实可行。

By analyzing the research status of domestic and foreign fixed station open press, and identified the main design elements of the subject. In determining the fixed station open press after the preliminary design, decided to use the traditional theory of the J21-25 type fixed station open press design, calculation, strength check, using the AutoCAD design software for large gears, pinions, eccentric, connecting rod, assembly diagram engineering drawings, but also on the J21-25 the main parts of the drawing. In reference to a company's J21-25 type fixed station open press as well as access to a large open press on the fixed table design books after transmission, the drive system determines the design of the fixed station open press, draw a schematic transmission, the transmission system are given job descriptions, and its feasibility analysis, the final design of the entire system analysis, concluded that the whole design is feasible.
