摘 要
机械制造工艺学课程设计是在全部学完机械制造工艺学及机床夹具设计课程,并进行了生产实习的基础上进行的一个教学环节。这是我们在进行毕业设计之前对所学课程的一次深入的全面的总复习,也是一次理论联系实际的训练。就我个人而言,希望通过这次课程设计,对自己今后将从事的工作,进行一次适应性训练,通过设计锻炼自己分析问题、解决问题的能力,为以后的工作打下一个良好的基础。
本文的研究内容是通过分析输出轴零件图,熟练地应用用PRO/E或UG设计夹具,确定装夹方案,并将工件及夹具装配;粗略地计算定位误差与夹紧力,确定工艺路线并编制工艺卡片;绘制工装夹具图。

Abstract
Mechanical Manufacturing Engineering curriculum design in all the mechanical completion of the machine fixture manufacturing technology and design courses, and conducted training on the basis of production of a teaching. This is our graduation designs during the course of study prior to a total depth of the comprehensive review, but also a theory with practical training. For me personally, hope that through this curriculum design, for their work in the future, once adaptive training, exercise their own analysis of issues through the design, problem-solving skills for future work to lay a good foundation.
This study is by analyzing the contents of the output shaft parts diagram, skillfully applied with PRO / E or UG designed fixture to determine the setup program, and the workpiece and fixture assembly; roughly calculate the positioning error and the clamping force, and determine the process route preparation process card; drawn fixture map.
