基于SOLIDWORKS立式搅拌釜的三维建模与优化
摘要
在食品工业中搅拌釜是常用的典型设备之一,它是一种在一定压力和温度下,借助搅拌器将一定容积的两种(或多种)液体以及液体与固体或气体物料混匀,实现搅拌混合、调和、均质的作用,加速化学反应,物料混合,防止物料沉淀,加强换热效率等促进其物理或化学反应的设备。本课题基于solidworks进行立式搅拌釜的三维建模并利用有限元分析模块进行优化,缩短设计周期,减轻设计人员工作量。通过阅读国内外相关技术资料和论文,就基于SolidWorks立式搅拌釜的三维建模及优化做出了理论性的概述。
