摘 要
在汽车新车型设计开发过程中,汽车车身设计是直接影响设计成功与否的重要因素。从早期的依靠经验类比进行设计到传统的通过制作车身油泥模型进行设计,车身造型设计正朝着缩短设计周期、提高设计质量、降低开发成本及提高汽车产品的市场竞争力的方向不断发展。近年来随着计算机硬件和计算机图形学的发展,为实现车身造型设计、结构强度分析和模具制造一体化工程提供了条件。
Proe正是车身曲面设计的很好的工具,本论文前半段主要学习Proe车身造型的研究背景及意义,创意图的绘制,Proe软件的应用,及车身造型在Proe中的实现。
本论文的后半段主要学习设计的轿车车身。轿车车身设计主要包括:车身坐标系的确定,驾驶员座椅位置,眼椭圆,布置各种操纵杆件、踏板的位置,仪表板的布置,前轮罩的设计,座椅的布置,前方视野,后方视野,前风窗刮水器挂扫区。

Abstract
