市场营销专业技能实训软件的设计与实现
本文基于市场营销的创新和营销手段正以前所未有的速度迅猛更新,企业对既懂技术又精通市场营销经营管理的高级人才求之若渴,网络经济时代的市场营销教育迫在眉睫,对于在人才培养的课程体系上,除了技术和理论课程,迫切需要通过一些环节使学生对市场营销的特点和应用领域有感性的认识。在实践中学习和体会市场营销的背景下,通过对软件系统的可行性分析、系统总体需求分析、功能性分析、非功能性分析和设计要素分析,对于市场营销专业技能实训软件提出了开发思路与软件的基本技术架构的设计,对软件系统的数据逻辑模型和物理模型进行了设计,并通过数据访问层、业务逻辑层和表示层实现教师指定的选题方向,开展市场调查、市场策划、案例分析文献追踪、市场策划、模拟销售、企业故事会等活动。软件系统涵盖了现代市场营销的主要内容,包括开展市场调查、市场策划、模拟销售、网络销售、电话营销、财务管理等;教师能实时了解学生的操作情况,审核实训报告、添加选题方向、业绩考核。软件通过管理员端、教师端、实训学生端的搭建,把市场营销学课程实践教学环节融入到学生模拟实训模块、教学管理模块、系统管理模块中。学生通过该系统的实训和自身体验,能够了解市场营销的工作流程,学会在真实或仿真的市场营销环境中运用所学的市场营销学基础知识,分析和解决企业营销实际问题,进一步学习、消化和巩固课堂知识,培养和强化学生务实创新的意识,锻炼和提高其理论联系实际解决实际问题的能力。该软件将所学的理论知识应用于实际之中,是一种教学活动平台,是课堂教学的深化,为高等院校的市场营销专业技能教学提供强有力的技术支持。

Design and Implementation of Marketing Professional Skills Software

Software system covers the main contents of modern marketing, including conducting market research, market planning, sales, network marketing, telephone marketing, financial management simulation etc.. Teachers can real-time understanding of the student operation, audit training report, add topics, performance appraisal. Software through the end of the admin client, teachers, training students to build the market marketing study curriculum practice teaching into the student simulation training module, teaching management module, system management module. Students through the system of training and their own experience, to understand the workflow of marketing, to learn in real or simulated marketing environment in the use of the basic marketing knowledge, analyzing and solving practical problems in marketing enterprises, further learning, digestion and consolidate classroom knowledge, cultivate and strengthen the students' innovation consciousness, ability to exercise and improve its theory connecting with practice to solve practical problems.
