摘要 中国作为制造业大国,产品是制造业主体,模具是制造业的灵魂,模具的发展水平决定了制造业的发展水平。当今,随着科学技术的不断进步和工业化生产的发展,冲压技术也在不断革新和法发展。在冲压制品中,相当一部分是由定子冲片级进模完成的。 本论文以定子冲片级进模设计理论为基础,调研了国内外的模具行业发展状况,开展了具体的模具设计。采用当下流行的制图软件autocad对零件和模具开展了设计,完成了装配图及重要零部件图纸。依托专用设计软件,对设计方案缩短了产品的研发周期、模具设计周期和加工周期, 提高了产品设计的可靠性。 关键词:冲裁;模具设计;定子冲片级进模; ABSTRACT China as a manufacturing power, the main product is manufacturing, mold is the soul of the manufacturing sector, the level of development of mold determines the level of development of the manufacturing sector.
